Mail In Sharpening
Everything that we sharpen locally can also be sharpened with our Mail In program.
Chefs, stylists, groomers, barbers, veterinarians, surgeons, quilters and homeowners from around the USA send their tools to us with confidence that they will receive prompt and professional service.
Wrap your items individually in newspaper or bubble wrap and place more packing material around and between the items to insure that they will not move around during shipment and cannot pierce the box. Remember to insure the package for the replacement value of the contents.
Please provide us with a list of the items, your contact information and any specific instructions about sharpening or repairs. Keep a copy and place a copy in your package.

We recommend shipping with a company that provides a tracking number such as UPS or Fedex. Remember to insure the shipment in the appropriate amount.
Normally we will have your items sharpened and/or repaired and on the way back to you within 72 working hours. If the work is extensive or parts need to be ordered for a clipper repair it may take a little longer.
We will call or email you when the shipment is ready. You can give us credit card information at that time or we can include an invoice in the package for payment by check upon receipt.
When possible we will use your package for return shipping. If your package was damaged during shipment we will replace it for an additional nominal fee.
Unless you give us other instructions we will ship back to you by the same carrier and with the same insurance coverage you used for shipment to us.
